Community Ticket Selling Scheme

In order to increase attendances to the Festival and to assist local community groups, schools, charities and non-profit organisations, the Illawarra Folk Club is offering a ticket selling incentive scheme for its Illawarra Folk Festival.

Organisations that participate sell Festival Season and Day passes and obtain a commision of 20% on each sale. The organisation collects the money and provides it to the festival. The festival then provides a donation to the organsation for the total commision amount.

Instructions for Ticket Sales

  1. Fill in details on Ticket Voucher Form (10 tickets per book) ie, number of tickets, name, address etc.

  2. Provide top copy to patron, other copy remains in book.

  3. Cash and cheques are acceptable and to be made out to ILLAWARRA FOLK CLUB INC. Credit Card is not available due to second party laws.

  4. Upon receipt of Ticket Voucher Book and ticket money, Illawarra Folk Club will provide a commission cheque to organisation.

The 25th Illawarra Folk Festival is now over with more than 9000 people attending the festival over the 4 days. The 26th Illawarra Folk Festival is scheduled for 13-16 January 2011. Artist applications open in April and close 31 July 2010.
