Conditions of Purchase

1. Tickets Refunds
REFUNDS are available until 8 January 2010 with a 10% cancellation fee.   Refunds after 8 January are not available.
2. You are responsible for your ticket.
If you arrive without your pre-issued Ticket, you will be refused entry or charged again at the Gate Ticket price.
3. Ticket Wristband Exchange
You will need to present your Voucher to exchange for a coloured wristband at the Festival Office, located at the entrance to the Bulli Showground. You must wear the wristband at all times to gain entry. This wristband becomes your pass into venues. If you are not wearing a wristband you will be refused entry to the site and be asked to leave.
4. Offensive Behaviour
The Festival has the right to refuse entry or evict patrons who behave in a manner that is inappropriate, offensive to others, or illegal.
5. Sound and Video Recording
Sound and Video recording are not permitted without prior written consent of the Festival Chairperson.
6. Entry to the Festival and venues is at your own risk.
8. The Program
The Festival resumes the right to vary the advertised artists and/or program.
Please Note: The Festival will take place regardless of the weather.

NO ALCOHOL to be brought into the Festival. The area is a Licensed Venue.
NO PETS allowed in Camping or Festival grounds.
