Conditions of purchase

1. TICKET REFUNDS are available until 7 January 2012 with a 10% cancellation fee.
    Refunds after 7 January are not available.  
2. TICKETS ARE NOT TO BE DUPLICATED for the purpose of falsifying entry. 
3. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR TICKET. If you arrive without your pre-issued Ticket,
    you will be refused entry or charged again at the Gate Ticket price.  
4. WRISTBAND EXCHANGE You will need to present your Ticket to exchange for a coloured
    wristband at the Festival Office. You must wear the wristband at all times to gain entry. This
    wristband becomes your pass into venues. If you are not wearing a wristband you will be refused
    entry to the site and be asked to leave.
5. OFFENSIVE BEHAVIOUR The Festival has the right to refuse entry or evict patrons who behave in
    a manner that is inappropriate, offensive to others, or illegal.
6. SOUND AND VIDEO RECORDING are not permitted without
    prior written consent of the Festival Chairperson.
7. ENTRY to the Festival and venues is at your own risk.
8. The Festival reserves the right to vary the advertised artists and/or program.
     Please Note: The Festival will take place regardless of the weather.
9. NO PETS allowed.
10. NO ALCOHOL to be brought into the Festival. The area is a Licensed Venue.
