Festival Volunteer Update 4

FINAL ROSTER ISSUED

Firstly thanks to the many people who responded to the last update. You helped me sort out a few problems.
After dealing with countless computer and human shortcomings we have 'gone to print' with the schedule.
In the process of fixing the glitches there are few shift vacancies to be filled. We would welcome further offers to fill these.

Click here to see the 'gone to print' schedule. You can search for your name and your schedule

This schedules excludes Bar Staff, Sound Staff and Camp Oven Staff. The schedule also excludes those that have single roles and know what they are doing!

Any further issues please contact me as soon as possible.

PERFORMER VOLUNTEERS

Apologies to those performers who had offered to volunteer and at this stage have not been able to be placed. We would still welcome your help by coming past the Volunteer Centre every so often to check if you can help.
Apologies for some of the confusion in schedules for volunteering and performing. We hope to improve it next year as we really want the performers to be part of creating and supporting the festival.

If you have not contacted me I assume you are available and are aware of your schedule.

ARRIVAL INFORMATION

Proceed to the Festival Office at the gates of the Showground where your name should be on the Volunteer Pass List. Once you have your armband and a Festival Souvenir programme go to the Volunteer Centre (in the Slacky Flat Bar) for a Site Induction. Allow some time (around 15 minutes) for this before your first shift.

We're in the midst of last minute preparations but are confident all will go well.
