The Illawarra Folk Club is extremely proud and excited to announce 20 Youth (18 years and under) scholarships for the 9th Illawarra Folk Festival Summer School.

The scholarship covers the cost of attending 2 days of the school on Wednesday 11 and Thursday 12 January 2012.

Scholarship winners will be announced at the Festival Launch, Midday Friday 18 November at Wollongong City Mall.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Applicants will be assesed on:

-  An ability and/or aspiration to play folk music

- A desire to further their folk music education, including any future performing or learning goals
